摘要
38Si7热轧弹簧圆钢是按照德标DIN17221—88的要求冶炼、轧制、出口,用于制造钢轨紧固件及弹簧。轧三针对其各项技术要求,结合GB1222—84标准,制定出内控标准及工艺操作要点。采用计算机辅助孔型设计,轧制出达到并优于德标的38Si7Φ14热轧弹簧圆钢,出口500t,获得较好的经济效益。
The smelting and rolling of 38Si7 hot -rolled spring rounds is according to DIN 17221 - 99. The export of the products is used to make fasteners of rail and spring. Regarding various technical requirements, the main operational points and the standard within the plant are worked out in combination with the standard GB1222 -84. The quality of $14 hot-rolled spring rounds is up to or superior to that of DIN 38Si7 with the pass designed by CAD. The annual export has reached 500 tons while good economic benefit has achieved.
