摘要
研究Cr12MoV钢形变热处理对其变形量和碳化物的影响,结果表明,利用锻后余热进行调质处理工艺比锻后球化退火工艺优越.采用新工艺的生产试验,提高效率50%~60%左右.
The effects of deformation treatment on deformation amount and carbide have been studied. The result shows that after forging, the process of remaining heat tempering is better than that of spheroidize annealing. Using the new process, the efficiency can be increased by 50%~60%.
