摘要
目的评价４种神经功能缺损程度评分与脑卒中病人预后的关系。方法３６例脑卒中病人同时接受改良爱丁堡斯堪的那维亚评分（ＭＥＳＳＳ）、美国国立卫生研究所脑卒中评分（ＮＩＨＳＳ）、欧洲脑卒中评分（ＥＳＳ）和加拿大神经功能评分量表（ＣＮＳ）４种评分测定，其结果与２个月末的改良Ｂａｒｔｈｅｌ指数（ＭＢＩ）分别进行相关分析。结果每种评分的测定值与ＭＢＩ间均有相关性（Ｐ＜００１），但４种评分的ｒ值间比较，差异无显著性意义。结论４种评分均可用于脑卒中病人的康复过程评价，有较好的有效性，依次推荐ＭＥＳＳＳ、ＮＩＨＳＳ、ＥＳＳ和ＣＮＳ。
Objective To evaluate correlation between 4 neurological functional deficit scales and prognosis of patients with stroke. Methods Thirty six patients with stroke were tested with MESSS、NIHSS、ESS and CNS, the correlative analysis between their scores and the modified Barthel Index (MBI) at the end of the second month after onset were performed.Results There were correlations between the four score values and MBI (P<001). And the differences among the four r values of the scales are not significant.Conclusion The four scales are useful with following recommodation in proper order: MESS、NIHSS、ESS and CNS.
