摘要
目的：观察脂必妥的调脂疗效及其安全性。方法：对６０例高脂血症患者采取随机、单盲对照观察的方法，分为脂必妥组和对照组各３０例，分别给予脂必妥及淀粉片，疗程６周。结果：６周后脂必妥组降低ＴＣ、ＴＧ总有效率分别为７５％、８０％，升高ＨＤＬ－Ｃ为６０％。症状改善的总有效率为１００％。两组间疗效对比有非常显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。治疗期间无不良反应。
Objective:To study the antihyperlipidemia efficacy and safety of Zhibituo.Methods:Sixty patients were divided into two groups in randomized,single-blind method.There were 30 cases in Zhibituo group and control group,and this two groups were treated with Zhibituo and starch placebo respectively for six weeks.Results:The total effective rate of decreasing total cholesterol,triglyceride and increasing high density lipoprotein-cholesterol in Zhibituo group was 75%,80% and 60% respectively.The total effective rate of symptom improvement was 100%.There were great difference between the two groups.There were no adverse reactions during the period of treatment.Conclusions:Zhibituo is a safe and effective antihyperlipidemia drug.
