临床见习带教中引入抛锚式教学法的应用研究体会

摘要 建构主义教学模式下抛锚式教学法是建构主义思想指导下的一种新的教学模式在临床见习带教中的具体运用。是使学生在一个完整的、真实的问题背景中产生学习的需要,激发学生的学习动机,凭借自己的主动学习、生成学习,合作学习,积极进行问题的思考,有助于学生用系统方式组织自己的学习。教师从原来单一的知识传授者转变为课堂的组织者、学生探索问题的引导者,在学生学习知识的过程中向他们提供援助和搭建脚手架。 Anchored instruction under the guidance of constructivist teaching mode is a new teaching model, which applies in clinical teaching. In a complete, true background, anchored instruction makes needs of students' learning, which stimulate their motivation of learning. By their autonomous learning, generative learning, and cooperative learning, students could think actively. Anchored instruction can help students or- ganize their own learning by system approach. From a single teaching knowledge person, the teacher becomes a organizer of classroom, and a guider of exploring the question. The teacher provides students with assistance in the process of learning knowledge.
