利多卡因与自由基在脊髓损伤中关系的探讨 被引量:3

摘要 方法:实验用48只大鼠打击致瘫,其中治疗组24只在伤后30分钟注射利多卡因(15mg/kg),以后每天一次。对照组不投药。全部动物分别于伤后第5天、第8天处死并取脊髓标本送检验。结果:实验组动物24只中有20只恢复了痛觉和4级运动功能,对照组24只动物没有功能恢复(P<001)。化验显示,自由基反应产物对照组明显高于实验组(P<001)。结论:结果表明:1利多卡因对脊髓有保护作用;2自由基参与了药理作用。 Methods:48 rats were paralysed by hit.30 minutes after injury, 24 animals in treated group were injected with lidocaine (1.5mg/kg) once a day. All animals were sacrificed depree and spinal cord removed for analysis after 5 days, 8 days respactively.Results:The sense of pain and IV motility of 24 animals in treated group recovered ,and paraplegia didn't vary in contral group (P<001);product level of free radical reaction of contral animals was higher than treated group,(P<001).Conclusion:The spinal cord was protected by lidocaine and free radical was involved in it.
