摘要
目的：观察脑卒中患者中西医结合治疗的临床疗效。方法：采用内科常规治疗与中医活血化瘀法相结合，在急性期用丹参注射液、维脑路通交替静滴，每日１次；恢复期以中药汤剂为主。检测患者治疗前后血液流变学指标。结果：６８例患者基本治愈２９例（４２．６５％），显效２６例（３８．２４％），好转１０例（１４．７１％），无效３例（４．４１％）；总有效率为９５．５９％。治疗前后血液流变性变化有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５或Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：中西医结合治疗脑卒中疗效显著，具有改善血液流变性异常的作用；而且还可改善脑部病灶区血液循环，促进半暗带脑细胞功能恢复，缩短疗程，降低病残率。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficiency of TCM WM therapy on cerebral stroke.Methods:Conventive treatment of internal medicine combined Huoxue Huayu were given.In acute phase,patients were treated with saliva miltiorrhiza injection and Weinao Lutong intravenous drip replace,once daily;in restore phase,treated with TCM decoction recipe mainly.Additionally,hemorrheologic parameters were detected preand posttherapy.Results:Twentynine cases among 68 cases were cured (42 65%);26 cases were obviously improved (38 24%);10 cases were improved (14 71%);3 cases were no change (4 41%),the total effective rate was 95 59%.There had obvious difference of hemorrheologic parameters before and after therapy ( P <0 05 or P <0 01).Conclusions:There are obvious therapeutic efficacy of TCM WM on cerebral stroke,it can correct hemorrheologic abnormality,improve blood circulation of cerebral damage area,promote functional recovery of cerebral cells,shorten therapy course,increase patient′s life quality and decrease the disability rate.
