摘要
随着中国经济的快速发展和经济体制改革的不断深化，现代物流产业出现了加速发展的趋势，成为了国民经济中新的经济增长点。传统的铁路货运已不能满足现代物流发展的需要。面对机遇和挑战，传统铁路企业必须加快向现代物流业转化的步伐，通过体制改革、观念创新、资源整合和服务提升，逐步使铁路从传统的、以运输为主的企业转变为规模经营、系统服务、现代化的第三方物流企业，成为我国综合物流系统的中坚力量。
The paper interprets the necessity and urgency for developing modern logistics of railway freight corporation ,analyzes the superiority and shortage and puts forward the countermeasures to speed up modern logistics from railway freight corporation.
