中部崛起战略是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要组成部分．它的顺利有效实施，必须依靠强有力的法治保障。以中部地区各级政府为主体，对完善政府管理机制、健全市场法律机制和防治政府信用失范等几方面值得深入探讨。法治建设在推进中部崛起战略中具有重要作用。
The strategy of the rapid development of the central China is an important part of constructing socialism and harmonious society. Its favorable and effective implementation must depend on powerful law guarantee. It is worthy of deeply studying that taking central government at all levels as the main form, improving government management mechanism, strengthening market law mechanism and controlling the government credit purposelessness. The Legal Construction plays an important role in pushing the strategy of the rapid development of central China.
