摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法、外涂法和混熔法等不同工艺制作负载纳米TiO2的载体。甲基橙水溶液的光催化降解实验表明,不同纳米TiO2的负载方式具有不同的光催化活性,纳米TiO2在悬浮状态时的光催化活性最高;外涂纳米TiO2的载体的光催化活性也高,采用溶胶-凝胶法制作的纳米TiO2载体没有明显的光催化活性;在采用混熔法制作纳米TiO2载体时,纳米TiO2的掺入量越多,载体的光催化活性越大;在纳米TiO2光催化的作用下,甲基橙的光催化降解速率与甲基橙浓度的平方成正比。
Different substrates were made by sol-gel method,adhering method and scattering Nano TiO2 in plastic.The photocatalytic degradation experiment with methyl orange aqueous solution shows that:different Methods of Loading Nano TiO2 have different photocatalytic activities,which is the highest for Nanometer TiO2 suspending in solution,followed by the substrate adhering with Nanometer TiO2,substrates were made by sol-gel method have not obvious photocatalytic activities;the more the plastic substrates are made by scattering Nano TiO2,the more Nano TiO2 are scattered in plastics;the degradation rate of methyl orange in the photocatalytic role of Nano TiO2 is in proportion to square of the concentration of methyl orange.
