摘要
本文尝试从农村社会健康治理的目的、结构、机制和人才等几个要项提出相关思路,以推进农民健康水平的提高。为实现农村地域全民健康,健康治理结构必须统筹兼顾农民和农民工、公共卫生服务、初级卫生保健和医疗保障、中西部以及欠发达的农村地区。
This paper tries to present several thoughts about rural heahhcare governance concerning the objective, structure, mechanism and human resource in order to promote health status in rural China. To realize health for all in rural areas, overall plan must be made to take several issues into account, such as farmers and mobile workers, primary health care and health security, western areas and underdevelopment areas.
