摘要
本文从食品等公共卫生监管体系存在的问题入手,结合2008年爆发的多起食品安全事件,剖析了我国食品监管等公共卫生监管体系面临的新挑战,从立法、运行机制、监管模式等方面提出了进一步深化改革的对策和建议。
This paper analyzes the existing problems of public health and food supervision system and the new challenges combined with the outbreaks of several food safety events in 2008. Some solutions are proposed including legislation, operation mechanism, and supervision pattern.
