摘要
本文对我国改革开放30年在卫生服务法制建设、卫生服务体系建设、医疗保障体系建设和居民健康水平方面取得的成效进行了系统综述,分析归纳了卫生服务方面的城乡资源差异、重医轻防以及制度与监管层面存在的主要问题,总结提炼出今后卫生服务体系建设与发展值得借鉴的五大经验。
This paper reviews the development achievements in the construction of health service legal system, health service system, medical security system and the population health status achieved during China＇s 30-year reform and opening up, as well as sums up the analysis of the main problems such as the differences of the health service resources between the urban and rural area, special attention for medical service and neglect prevention, and other problem in system and supervision. In addition, the study recommends the top five priorities for the future construction and development of the national health service system basing on experiences gained from China＇s 30-year reform and opening up.
