Geostatisical Analyst of ArcGIS is a powerful and easily used tool for analyzing data and creating surface. At First, the basic concept of Geostatistics and every method of Kriging interpolation are introduced in the paper, then from a geostatistical point of view, the Geostatistical Analyst of ArcGIS is used to explore the application of the Kriging interpolation in land arrangement.
