摘要
本文介绍了膨化硝铵生产线自动控制系统的结构与控制过程。该系统采用RS485总线将上位机与各工艺模块相连,实现了对各工艺单元的监控、信息处理,具有先进、高效、自动、和可靠等特点。
The structure and control proceeding was introduced on distributional control system of popped ammonium nitrate autoloading. The RS485 bus was used to connect the host computer with each craft control module. The system realizes the monitoring and information processing of each process module. It shows advanced characteristics which was highly effective, automatic and reliable.
