摘要
为了满足制造集成芯片插槽的高速流水生产线质量控制要求，我们研制了一套插针快速敏捷检测系统。本文介绍了插针快速敏捷检测系统结构，分析了该系统的测量原理，探讨了快速敏捷测量中实时系统软件实现方法。本文最后对该系统及快速敏捷检测系统开发经验做了总结。
In order to satisfy the quality control demands of contact pitch on high speed production line,an online realtime inspection system is developed.In this paper,the inspection technology based on RAMM is represented,the metrical theory and system hardware of this technology are analysed,and the way of realizing rael time multitask software is discussed.The feature of RAMM and the developing experiences of the system are summarized at the end of the paper.
