摘要
本文着重讨论LD2、LC4、ZL108等不同铝合金的基体微观组织对阳极氧化膜层组织形貌、硬度、耐磨性等性能的影响。试验结果表明:基体的微观组织直接影响阳极氧化膜层的形成和长大,膜层的硬度与附磨性呈非线性关系,最佳匹配受基体微观组织及氧化工艺等多种因素影响。
This paper Studied the dffect of matrix microscopic organization of aluminum alloys (LD 2,LC 4,ZL108) on anodized film shape hardness and abradabity.The results show that the formation and grouth of anodized film are affected by matrix microscopic organixation.The hardness and abradabity are nonlinearized,and there best match is determined by many factors.
