摘要
为了评价高分子涂膜的润滑性能，本文对低碳钢、不锈钢和铝板的拉深试验，均采用机油、氯化石蜡、高分子涂膜三种润滑剂。对比各项指标可以看出：高分子涂膜的润滑效果最佳。
ln order to estinate the lubnicating behaviour of macromolecule film a series of tests have been conducled, in which drawing mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium, sheet billets eoated lespectvelly with machine oil, chlorinated paraffin and macromolecule film hane been used compare with the results, it's seen that the labrieating behavionr of macromolecnle film is optimal.
