China＇s crude steel output in Sept rose to a record monthly high again after hitting 51.65m tons in the month before, Wu Xichun, advisor of China Iron ＆ Steel Association （CISA） said yesterday in Beijing. Daily output posted at 1.693m tons, or 1.666m tons in early and 1.655m tons in mid of the month. And the daily production level can be translated into annual production of 618m tons, reported by China Securities Journal （CSJ）. Domestic steel stockpiles also reached an all-time high this year to ll.91m tons in early Oct, according to CSJ. However, no lead- ing mills plan to cut production.
