摘要
目前,医学生临床实习阶段出科考试多流于形式,不能起到保证教学质量、提高教学水平的效果。青岛市市立医院儿科学教研室借鉴香港大学玛丽医院临床教学考查方法,结合我国医学生临床实习实际情况,对实习学生实行综合考核,具体内容包括临床实习表现和出科学术报告两部分,收到了良好的效果,促进了学生学习的积极性,提高了学生自学和获取知识的能力,锻炼了学生的语言表达能力,巩周了学生的理论知识,加深了师生之间的沟通和交流,真正达到了教学相长的目的。
At present the test on completion of a course in the clinical practice stage became a mere formality, cannot arrive at guaranteeing quality of teaching, raising level of teaching up. Qingdao Municipal Hospital profiting from the clinical teaching inspection methods in the University of Hong Kong, Queen Mary Hospital and our country medicine clinical practice actual situation carried on the comprehensive assessment, including two parts: the clinical practice performance and the branch academic report. The assessment promoted students' study enthusiasm, enhanced studies independently and acquisition knowledge ability, the exercise language competence, the consolidated theoretical knowledge, and deepened communication and the exchange between teachers' and students', achieved teaching others teaches yourself.
