食品安全问题是直接关系到人民健康的重大民生问题。从食品中有毒重金属的来源,对人体的影响与危害入手,全面分析了有毒重金属汞、镉、铅、砷、铬对食品的污染,并提出了相应的对策,以便更好的提高人们对食品安全认识,维护自身的健康。
The problem of food security is directly related to the health of the people's livelihood of the people question, from the food source of toxic heavy metals, the influence of human body and harm,comprehensive analysis of mercury, cadmium, lead, arsenic, chromium pollution of food, and the corresponding measures in order to enhance better understanding of food safety and safe- guard their own health.
