解决配电网电压暂降问题的飞轮储能单元建模与仿真 被引量:33

Modeling and Simulation of Flywheel Energy Storage Unit for Voltage Sag in Distribution Network

摘要 飞轮储能装置具有短时间、高功率放电的特性,可用于解决电能质量问题。文章用含飞轮储能单元的动态电压恢复器解决配电网电压暂降问题,其中飞轮储能单元使用钢转子和内装式永磁同步电机,既降低了飞轮的制造成本,又减小了飞轮驱动单元的损耗。根据飞轮储能系统的特点,给出了包括配电网电压跌落检测、飞轮储能装置的充放电控制策略和快速补偿电压跌落的整体控制策略。重点讨论了基于矢量控制的飞轮储能装置充放电控制策略,通过控制直流母线电压,使能量在配电网、飞轮储能单元及负载间合理流动。在Matlab/Simulink环境下建立了动态电压恢复器模型,仿真结果表明该模型能准确控制飞轮储能装置充放电,补偿配电网电压跌落,保护敏感负载不受影响。 Flywheel energy storage (FES) device possesses the characteristic of high-power and fast-speed discharge, so it can be used to improve power quality. In this paper a dynamic voltage restorer (DVR) containing FES unit is applied to protect the critical load due to voltage sags in distribution network, the FES adopts high strength steel rotor and interior permanent magnet synchronous motor to reduce both the manufacturing cost of the flywheel and the energy loss of driving element for FES unit. According to the features of FES system, an overall control strategy, including the detection of voltage sag in distribution network, charging and discharging control strategy of FES unit and fast compensation of voltage sag, is given. The vector control based charging/discharging control strategy of FEB unit is emphatically researched; by means of controlling the voltage of DC bus, energy can rationally flow among distribution network, FES unit and loads. Using Matlab/Simulink a DVR model is built, and simulation results show that this model can control charging/discharging of FES unit accurately, compensate voltage sag in distribution network and make voltage-sensitive load not affected by voltage sag.
