摘要
本文从经济学的角度,分析了小汽车使用外部性对我国可持续发展的影响,并针对如何消除小汽车使用中的外部性,提出了一些有效的对策、建议。
From an economic point of view, this paper analyzes the influence of externalities of car use on Chinese sustainable development ,and puts forward some effective countermeasures and suggestions in connection with how to eliminate externalities of car use.
