摘要
目的:探讨循证护理在PICC置管中的应用。方法:对76例肿瘤患者应用循证护理方法行PICC置管,提出问题,查阅资料,获得循证支持,再进行护理干预。结果:将循证护理方法应用于PICC置管护理,有效地提高了置管成功率,提高了患者及家属满意度,降低了并发症发生率。结论:将循证护理方法应用于PICC置管,保证患者治疗的顺利进行,提高生活质量;使护士改变以往凭经验、直觉进行临床护理的习惯,养成经常查阅专业资料、不断更新专业知识的好习惯。
Objective ： To investigate the application of evidence - based nursing in PICC inlying catheter. Methods ：76 cases of tumor patients to applicate PICC inlying catheter with evidence - based nursing,ask questions,search information,access to evidence - based support,further nursing intervention. Results：With the assistance of evidence- based nursing, arise in PICC inlying catheter successful rate was observed. In addition, events of complication decreased and patients and their families appeared to be more satisfied under the new treatment. Conclusion ： The application of evidence - based nursing in PICC inlying catheter helps raise the quality of both patients live and therapy;it also alters nurses clinical nursing from experiences and instinction based to professional books and up - to - date knowledge feeded.
