摘要
本文就船厂在6L60MCE型主机的修理过程中,发现排气阀顶升高压油管的内裂内漏,造成排气阀敲击现象。而该机型的船舶主机目前仍在广泛使用,此现象在柴油机生产厂家的使用说明书中没有描述,在船厂的修船史中也是第一次出现,供同行们参考。
In repair of main engine type 6L60MCE it is found that the leakage in high-pressure pipeline could cause the exhaust valve to ＂knock＂. These days, the main engines of this type are still widely used, this phenomenon is not stated in the manual of diesel engine manufacturer and it appears for the first time in shipyard＇s repair work. This may be a technical reference for colleagues.
