摘要
地区供电局的３５ｋＶ继电保护计算软件开发一般包含两大部分，一是用于人机对话的界面部分，另一部分则是继电保护整定及其数据库管理系统部分。数据库管理系统既是一个相对独立的系统，同时又是计算软件的基础部分，具有较强的灵活性，本文提出的这套ＭＩＳ系统较好地解决了这一问题。
The calculation software of 35kV-relay protection setup for city power supply administration generally contains two parts:one part is used for MMI;the other part is used for database management of relay protection setup.The database management system is a independent system,at the same time it is also the basic part of calculation software.It is flexible.the MIS system reported by this paper has solved this problem well
