摘要
目的观察拔除保留尿管后三种不同情况下自行排尿的效果。方法选择82例剖宫产术后保留尿管时间为12-24小时,无既往史、无严重妊娠合并症的产妇,随机分为三组,分别指导和协助其在无便意时、稍有便意时、有强烈便意时排尿。结果甲组29例,28例排尿顺利,1例排尿困难;乙组27例,23例排尿顺利,4例排尿困难;丙组26例,13例排尿顺利,10例排尿困难。3组排尿顺利人数与排尿困难人数比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论拔除保留尿管后应协助产妇在无便意时或稍有便意时自行排尿效果最好。
Objects To compare the spontaneously urinating conditions after extraction with 3 kinds of extraction of Foley catheter. Methods 82 patients without important histories and severe complications after cesarean delivery were involved in our study. The patients were randomly divided into three groups. The patients were assisted to urinate while no awareness, few awareness and awareness of defecation. Results There were 28 cases （of 29 cases） in group A to spontaneously urinated. In group B, there were 23 cases （of 27 cases） to spontaneously urinate. While in group C, there were 13 cases （of 26 cases） to spontaneously urinate. Conclusions Postpartum （CD） patients should urinate when feeling no awareness and few awareness of defecation after catheter removed.
