Cajal间质细胞在先天性巨结肠根治术近端切缘的分布与术后便秘的相关性研究

摘要目的研究Cajal间质细胞在先天性巨结肠根治术近端切缘的分布特点,以及与术后便秘的相关性。方法取经肛Ⅰ期先天性巨结肠根治术后患儿共24例的近端切缘石蜡标本,其中术后便秘12例,术后无便秘发生的12例。另取正常结肠标本12例。用c-k it抗体进行免疫组化研究。结果术后便秘组Cajal间质细胞分布与其他两组的差异有统计学意义,术后无便秘组与正常组间的差异无统计学意义。结论Cajal间质细胞的分布与术后便秘有一定相关性,近端切缘Cajal间质细胞的异常分布可能预示着先天性局结肠术后会出现不良并发症。
