摘要
通过实地考察、问卷调查、访谈和数据统计分析对辽宁省贫困县的体育师资及场地器材的现状进行研究分析,结果表明:贫困县的体育师资和场地器材的现状不容乐观。体育师资表现在教师队伍总体使用效益不高而个体教学负担过重,教师队伍的学历结构不合理,整体素质偏低,骨干教师流失倾向比较严重;场地器材则表现为场地器材的有限性和匮乏性,个别器材利用不合理。并提出建设性的对策,旨在促进贫困县体育师资及场地器材的完善和建设,并为教育行政部门扶持贫困地区学校体育工作提供可靠的理论依据。
The authors study the current situation on sports teachers and fields and equipment in poor counties of Liaoning province using questionnaires, on-the-spot inspection, interviews and mathematics statistics. The results show that the current situation of fields and equipment is not optimistic. With the aspect of Sports teachers, most of them do not have enough work to do, while some individuals are overworked. The educational background structure of teachers＇ is unreasonable, overall quality is low ,and backbone teachers are lost in large numbers. With the aspect of fields and equipment,it shows finiteness and deficiency and use of some equipment is unreasonable. Then the authors put forward the constructive countermeasures to improve and perfect sports teachers and fields and equipment in poor counties, and provide the reliable theory basis for the educating administration to support school sports in poor areas.
