日粮中添加尿素对2~4月龄中国白兔肉品质的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用单因子完全随机试验,将20只2月龄中国白兔随机分为4组,每组5只。第1组为对照组,饲喂普通日粮;第2、3、4组日粮分别添加0.25%、0.5%和0.75%的尿素,并调整日粮,使其蛋白水平保持在16%。两个月后屠宰,通过测定屠宰率、pH值、失水率、剪切值、熟肉率来研究不同尿素添加水平对中国白兔肉品质的影响。结果表明,屠宰率组4与对照组差异极显著(P<0.01)。试验各组之间的背最长肌在pH值、失水率上差异不显著(P>0.05);剪切值组4极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),显著高于组2(P<0.05),组3显著高于对照组(P<0.05);熟肉率组3与其余各组间差异显著(P<0.05)。试验各组之间的腿肌在pH值、失水率、剪切值上差异不显著,熟肉率组4与组3、组2差异显著(P<0.05),其余各组差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明0.25%~0.75%尿素添加水平代替日粮中部分蛋白质,对2~4月龄中国白兔肉品质无不良影响。
