摘要
介绍了GM型离心鼓风机的安装实践,重点对机组运行中主油泵转子断裂失效导致的润滑系统油压下降的原因进行了查找和分析,提出了主油泵轴的改造方案。对机组频发喘振故障,制定了相应的整改措施。
The paper has introduced the running practice of GM type centrifugal blower. Especially, the reason of oil pressure decreased in lubricating system caused by rotor of main oil pump cracked and invalid during units operation is found out and analyzed. Then the reconstruction project for main oil pump shaft is pointed out. The relevant improving measures are made for the surge problem occurred frequently in units.
