单双盘转子稳态和瞬态响应对比分析 被引量:1

摘要 为了解转子稳态响应和瞬态响应振幅及临界转速的差别,以及加速度对转子瞬态响应的影响规律,对Jeffcott转子、单盘悬臂转子和双盘转子进行了稳态和瞬态响应的对比分析。分析结果表明:瞬态响应振幅峰值要小于稳态响应,临界转速也略有变化;加速度越大,振幅越小,临界转速越大。 In order to understand the differences of amplitude and critical speed between steady response and transient response, and to find the acceleration how to impact the transient response of rotor, we contrast them at the Jeffcott rotor, cantilever rotor with one disc and double-disc rotor. The analysis result shows that the transient response peak is smaller than steady response, and critical speed is a little changed, which is the greater the acceleration, the smaller the amplitude and the greater the critical speed.
