摘要
介绍了10CrSiNiCu钢配套手工电焊条研制情况。10CrSiNiCu焊条的常规力学性能、抗裂性、耐海水腐蚀性及焊条的工艺性能测试结果表明,10CrSiNiCu焊条具有良好的抗裂性能及优良的工艺性能,是一种适用于船体建造的高韧性超低氢焊条。
This paper introduces the development situation of the covered electrodes used for 10CrSiNiCu steels arc welding. The test results of mechanical properties, resistance to cracking and seawater corrosion, and usability indicate that this ultralow hydrogen high toughness electrodes have strong resistance to cracking, and good usability, and are suitable for ship hull construction.
