摘要
为了提高TiAl基合金的抗高温氧化性能,采用热浸镀铝法和热扩散处理工艺在合金Ti-45Al-2Cr-2Nb-0.15B(原子分数,%)表面制备TiAl3涂层。用XRD和SEM方法对涂层的结构和成分进行了分析。结果表明:TiAl合金经过热浸镀铝处理,表面生成了双相的富Al涂层,它由纯Al外层和TiAl3内层组成;在550℃下,无论是在真空或者空气气氛中,进行扩散热处理,TiAl合金表面都形成了单相的TiAl3涂层。
TiAl, coating wasprepared on the surface of Ti-45Al-2Cr-2Nb-0. 15B (at. %) al-loy so as to improve the oxidation resistance at high temperature.The microstructure and composition of the aluminizing coatingwere analyzed by means of X-ray diffraction and scanning electronmicroscopy. And the effect of thermal diffusion treatment on thecomposition and oxidation resistance of the coating at elevatedtemperature was investigated. Results indicate that the hot-dipaluminizing coating on the surface of the alloy consists of Al-richdual-phases, i. e. , an outer Al layer and an inner TiAl, layer.After being thermally diffused at 550 ℃ in either vacuum or air,a single-phase TiAl3 coating was obtained contributing to the im-proved oxidation resistance of the alloy at elevated temperature.
