摘要
目的评价AO张力带、记忆合金聚髌器、可吸收钉治疗髌骨骨折的临床疗效。方法髌骨骨折58例,应用AO张力带固定28例,记忆合金聚髌器固定19例,可吸收钉固定11例,对于不同内固定的生物力学,手术适应证,治疗效果等情况进行比较。结果通过6～18个月的随访,按张春才标准进行评定:AO固定组优良率86%,记忆合金聚髌器固定组优良率95%,可吸收钉固定组优良率100%。结论 AO固定法使用范围广,记忆合金聚髌器固定法适应于粉碎性骨折,可吸收钉固定法适应于较稳定性骨折。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of AO tensile band, nitinol patellar concentrator and absorbable nail in treating patellar fracture. Methods 58 cases of patellar fracture were treated with AO tensile band （ 28 cases）, nitinol patellar concentrator（ 19 cases） and absorbable nail（ 11 cases） respectively. Biomechanics,operation indication and therapeutic effect and son on of the three methods were compared. Results After 6 - 18 months follow - up, fine rates of AO tensile hand, nitinol patellar concentrator and absorbable nail were 86% ,95% and 100% respectively. Conclusion AO tensile band was used extensively. Nitinol patellar concentrator applied for crash facture. Absorbable nail applied for stable fracture.
