摘要
目的评价硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗混合性阴道感染的临床疗效。方法随机将混合性阴道感染患者分为观察组(硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊组,69例)及对照组(传统阴道药物联合组,69例),观察疗效。结果采用硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗混合性阴道感染后14d及30d复诊的总有效率分别为82.61%和88.41%,明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P值均小于0.05);硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊不良反应发生率为8.70%,明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊是一种安全、有效的治疗混合性阴道感染的阴道用药。
Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of treatment for mixed vaginal infections by Nifuratel and Nysfungin Soft Capsules. Methods The patients suffered mixed vaginal infections were randomly divided into test group （n = 69）and control group（n=69）. Nifuratel and Nysfungin Soft Capsules was given to the test group. Clinical outcomes were evaluated and compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of the test group was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions of the test group was lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion. Nifuratel and Nysfungin Soft Capsules is effective and safety in the treatment of mixed vaginal infections.
