摘要
原子力显微镜(AFM)因其具有超高三维分辨,非接触无损成象,显微倍率连续可调等特点,被誉为是目前国际显微科学的重大突破和现代表面分析技术的革命性进展.通过采用AFM对材料的表面实时扫描成象,获得更为真实而丰富的三维图象信息,其在材料的表面科学研究领域中将会有广阔的应用前景.
AFM has advantage of ultra-high 3-D resolution, no damage probing and wide magnification range, is one of the greatest progress in modern surface science and technology. By real-time imaging method, more 3-D morphological information could be obtained through AFM, and this technique will be a powerful approach in study of material's surface.
