摘要
通过比较多种材料的光滑薄壁圆筒和切口薄壁圆筒试样的扭转断裂曲线,测得两种试验的断裂韧性K_(IC)相同,从而间接证实了利用光滑薄壁圆筒测定延性金属断裂韧性K_(IC)方法的正确性.
By comparing the fracture curves of smooth thin-wall tubes with those of notched thin-wall tubes for some materials, we find out that the mode- I critical intensity factor Kic are the same for the two kinds of tests thus verifying the correctness of the testing method for determining the fracture toughness K_(ic) of ductile metals by using smooth thin-wall tube specimens.
