萤火虫与灰阶成像对甲状腺钙化诊断的对比分析 被引量:10

A Comparative Study between Firefly and Gray-scale Imaging Technology in Thyroid Calcification Diagnosis

摘要 目的探讨萤火虫技术对甲状腺中钙化诊断的应用价值。方法选取患有甲状腺结节性疾病的患者44例,术前对甲状腺结节分别应用灰阶及萤火虫技术进行超声检查,对二者的超声图像进行对比分析。结果手术切除73个结节,5个恶性,68个良性;灰阶图像显示15个结节内有微钙化(5个呈砂砾样),17个结节内有粗钙化,6个结节内有可疑钙化,35个结节未显示钙化;萤火虫图像显示23个结节有微钙化,17个结节内有粗钙化,33个结节内未显示钙化。结论灰阶成像与萤火虫成像对甲状腺结节内钙化的检出率都很高,但萤火虫成像显示的钙化更清晰、明了,能鉴别疑似钙化的真伪,能显示灰阶图像无法辨认的特别小的钙化;但对假性钙化的敏感性同样高。 Objective To investigate the value of firefly technology in the diagnosis of thyroid calcification. Methods The thyroid nodules of 44 patients were examined with gray-scale imaging and firefly technology respectively before operation. The ultrasound images were compared and analyzed. Results Totally 73 nodules (5 malignant, 68 benign ) were surgically removed. In the 73 images of gray-scale technology ,there were 15 nodules with micro-calcification (5 with "gravel-like" change ), 17 nodules with thick-calcification ,6 nodules with suspi- cious calcification,and 35 nodules without calcification. In the 73 images of firefly technolagy,23,17 and 33 nodules showed micro-calcification, thick-calcification and no calcification respectively. Conclusion The gray-scale imaging and firefly technology both have high detection rate of thyroid calcification, but the firefly technology can show the calcification more clearly, distinguish the suspicious calcification and exhibit the calcification which can not be identified by gray-scale imaging technology. The firefly technology is also sensitive to pseudo-calcifieation.
