退行性变腰椎间盘MRI信号强度与aggrecan含量的相关性研究 被引量:7

Correlation between MRI Signal Intensity and Aggrecan Content in Degenerative Lumbar Intervertebral Disc

摘要 目的探讨退行性变腰椎间盘MRI信号强度和聚集蛋白聚糖(aggrecan)含量之间的相关性。方法依据Minnatertti分类法分类的46个腰椎间盘样本取自2007年9月至2008年12月在中国医科大学附属第一医院骨科手术的46例患者(年龄14~51岁,平均35岁)。术前测量椎间盘与脑脊液矢状面MRIT2WI平均信号强度比值;术后经Western blot测量椎间盘的aggrecan含量。Pearson相关检验分析二者相关性。结果Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ类腰椎间盘的平均信号强度比值与aggrecan含量的相关系数分别为0.877,0.689,0.699(PⅠ=0.00426,PⅡ=0.00156,PⅢ=0.0006)。结论退行性变腰椎间盘MRIT2WI信号强度随aggrecan含量的减少而降低,二者之间有明显的相关性。 Objective To investigate the correlation between the magnetic resonance imaging (MR]) signal intensity and Aggrecan content in the degenerative lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods Forty-six lumbar intervertebral disc samples were selected from 46 hospitalized patients (age 14-51 years,average 35 years ) with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation or trauma of lumbar vertebra undergoing surgery procedure. The signal values of MRI T2WI of disc and cerebmspinal fluid in sagittal plane were. measured before operation and the ratio between them were calculated. The protein was extracted from the disc, and the Aggrecan content was determined by Western blot. The correlation between the signal intensity of Mill T2WI and the Aggrecan content was analyzed with Pearson test. Results The correlation coefficient (r) between the ratio of the MRI signal intensity and the Aggrecan content in the discs of Grade Ⅰ、Ⅱ and Ⅲ were 0.877,0.689 arid 0.699 respectively (PⅠ=0.00426,PⅡ=0.00156,PⅢ=0.0006). Conclusion The signal intensity of MRI T2WI declines with the decrease of Aggrecan content in the degenerative lumbar intervertebral disc, and the correlation between them is statistically significant.
