摘要
目的研究替米沙坦与非诺贝特对高脂饮食大鼠血清脂联素(APN)水平的影响。方法从60只健康雄性Wistar大鼠中随机抽出12只给予普通饲料喂养,其余48只给予高脂饲料喂养。6周后,再将高脂饲料喂养的48只大鼠随机分为4组,每组12只,其中1组继续给予高脂饲料喂养,其余3组在继续给予高脂饲料喂养同时分别给予替米沙坦、非诺贝特和2种药物联合干预。4周后,比较5组大鼠的血清APN水平。结果高脂饮食组大鼠血清APN水平低于普通饮食组;替米沙坦和非诺贝特组均高于高脂饮食组;替米沙坦与非诺贝特联合干预组高于单独用药组。结论替米沙坦与非诺贝特可以改善高脂饮食大鼠血清APN水平,且联合用药效果更明显。
Objective To investigate the effects of telmisartan and fenofibrate on adiponectin level in high-fat-Fed rats. Methods Firstly sixty male Wis'tar rats were randomly divided into 2 groups as follow:group A (n =12),fed with normal rat food;group B (n =48),fed with high fat food. After six weeks feeding, the rats of group B were divided into 4 groups randomly (12 rats per group):the rats in group B1 were fed with high fat food continually;the rats in group B2 were fed with high fat food and telmisartan;the rats in group B3 were fed with high fat food and fenofibrate;the rats in group 134 were fed with high fat food and both of telmisaan and fenofibrate. Another 4 weeks later, adiponectin level of the rats was analyzed. Results The adiponectin level of group Bl rats was lower than that of group A;the adiponectin levels of both of group B2 and B3 were higher than that of group B1 ; the adiponectin levels of group B4 was higher than group B2 and group B3. Conclusion Both telmisartan and fenofibrate can improve adiponectin level in high-fat-fed rat,and further effect can be achieved in the combined therapy of telmisartan and fenofibrate.
