摘要
研究了用Al_2O_3溶胶或硅溶胶作粘结剂制备硅酸铝短纤维增强ZL109复合材料的热疲劳性能.结果表明,仅用Al_20_3溶胶作粘结剂制备的复合材料的热疲劳性能最好,仅用硅溶胶作粘结剂制备复合材料的热疲劳性能最差.热疲劳裂纹不是沿纤维与基体之间的界面扩展,就是穿过纤维扩展,且与裂纹扩展方向和纤维的取向有关.随着热循环次数的增加,上述复合材料的硬度逐渐下降.
In this paper the thermal fatigue behavior of ZL109 matrix composites which are fabricated by alu-minosilicate short fibre reinforcement bonded by aluminagel or silicagel was studied. The results show that the ther-mal fatigue resistance of the composite with aluminagel as the only binder is the best, and that of the composite with silicagel as the only binder is the worst. The thermal fatigue cracks propagated either along the interface or passing through the fibre, depending on the relative orientation between the crack and the fibre. As the number of thermal cycles increased. the hardness of above composites gradually decreased.
