摘要
目的分析颅脑CT(computer tomography)阴性头痛患者的病因。方法39例因头痛入院且颅脑CT检查阴性的头痛患者,对其病因进行分析。结果最终诊断为偏头痛18例,紧张性头痛5例,高血压脑病4例,脑梗死2例,蛛网膜下腔出血2例,可疑静脉窦血栓形成1例,病毒性脑膜炎3例,脑膜癌病1例,颅内肿瘤1例,低颅压头痛1例,青光眼1例。结论对于不典型的继发性头痛要提高警惕,必要时需进行临床观察、进一步的检查。
Objective To analysis the causes of headache patients whose brain CT is negative.Methods 39 patients whose major symptom is headache and brain CT is negative,analysis its causes.Results 18 is migraine, 5 is tension headache, 4 is hypertensive encephalopathy, 2 is cerebral infarction, 2 is subarachnoid hemorrhage,1 is thrombosis of venous sinus which is questionable,3 is meningitis,1 is meningeal carcinomatosis, 1 is intracranial tumor, 1 is intracranial hypotension headache and 1 is glaucoma. Conclusion The secondary headaches which were not representative should evoke our vigilance, when is necessary, we should observe these headaches and make penetrating examination.
