结肠癌致肠梗阻35例诊治分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨结肠癌导致肠梗阻的诊断治疗。方法回顾分析35例结肠癌导致肠梗阻的临床资料。结果急性肠梗阻22例,慢性肠梗阻13例。完全性肠梗阻10例,不完全性肠梗阻25例。术前确诊28例,35例均经术后病理证实。一期手术切除病灶27例,单纯造瘘8例。并发肺感染8例,切口感染3例,无吻合口瘘发生,均康复出院。结论结肠癌导致肠梗阻术前确诊困难,手术前行结肠镜或钡灌肠等检查非常必要,治疗宜手术切除原发灶以解除梗阻,改善生活质量,不宜盲目追求扩大根治。
