阴道细胞学检查在绝经后骨质疏松的性激素替代治疗中的应用

摘要 目的研究阴道细胞学检查对绝经后骨质疏松的性激素替代治疗(HRT)的指导作用。方法随机选取2007年1月～2008年1月在我院门诊因绝经后骨质疏松行激素替代治疗的妇女48人,以阴道细胞学检查结果指导激素用量,期限1年。监测其右前臂桡骨骨密度(BMD),血清碱性磷酸酶(AkP)及药物副反应发生情况。结果受检者骨密度上升,骨质吸收明显减少,有效率100%,药物副反应发生少。结论阴道细胞学检查在绝经后骨质疏松的激素替代治疗中有重要的指导作用。
