Growth Mechanism of Proton Exchanged Waveguides

摘要 对质子交换光波导生长机理进行了研究并给出了波导层厚度的计算公式。 The growth mechanism of proton exchanged waveguides was studied, and the formula for calculating the depth of the waveguides was deduced.
