基于有限元方法对飞轮选材的优化改进分析

Analysis on Optimizing the Material Selection for Making Flywheels Based on Finite Element Method

摘要 为降低制造成本,以A3206-1005361型号柴油机中飞轮原用材料QT600改进为HT250材料为例,通过运用有限元的计算方法对HT250飞轮的强度进行分析计算,验证了选用HT250为飞轮材料的安全可靠性,为优化飞轮的设计提供了参考实例。 In order to reduce production costs,the material for flywheels of diesel engine A3206-1005361 which was originally QT600 now is replaced by HT250.By verifying the intensity calculation in limited units,it is safe and reliable to choose HT250 as the material for flywheel A3206-1005361 as well as to to provide a reference example for optimizing the design of the flywheel.
