摘要
根据有机分子链的内部作用机制，在α螺旋蛋白质螺旋线模型的基础上，给出了改进的α螺旋蛋白质螺旋线模型，研究了分子螺旋链中的集体激发———三孤子特征。
In this paper, the modified helix chain model of the alpha-helix protein is advanced by the mechanism of interaction between their components. The three-solition characteristic-collective excitation in the molecule helix chain is studied meanwhile the non-coupling three-solition is also discussed.
