摘要
近二十年来,跨文化日耳曼学视野下的饮食文化学研究在维尔拉赫教授的领导和大力推动下,在世界范围内蓬勃发展起来,但国内学界尚未涉足该领域的研究。本文将试图从其研究出发点和研究目标、研究价值、研究现状以及潜在的教学和研究领域等几方面入手,希望能在理论推介方面做出一些贡献,进一步激发国内学界对这一研究课题的兴趣。
In the past two decades, Kulinaristik from the Perspective of Intercultural Germanistik has gained rapid development around the world under the leadership of professor Wierlacher, but the Chinese scholars have not yet been involved in the area. This paper attempts to make a eontribution to theoretical introductions of the starting point and research goals, research value, research status and potential areas of teaching and research of this new research area, to stimulate further interest of domestic scholars in it.
