摘要
从国家实行全民医保,民营医疗机构要积极争取进入医保定点医院,促进自身发展;国家加快形成多元化办医格局,民营医院要从管理和服务等多方面练好内功;国家实行基本药物制度,民营医院要合理的规范用药,同时注重药事服务的开发;新医改允许注册医师多点执业探索,民营医院要利用这一契机,吸引更多的人才;国家重点扶植县医院和社区医疗,提倡小病解决在基层,民营医院要调整功能定位,突出特色,服务取胜;民营医院要抓住机遇推行改革等六大方面论述了医药卫生体制改革对民营医疗机构的影响以及民营医疗机构的应对策略。
Under the goal of universal coverage, private medical institute need to be a designated hospital of medical insurance to improve itself development.With the prospect of medical organization with diversified ownership, private medical institute needs to improve its management and service.With the development of national essential medicines system, private medical institute should be focus on rational drug use and drug development and research.Doctor multi-point practice is allowed according to new health care system reform on private medical institute and the measures are discussed.
